Quick Quack Car Wash

I got the cheapest wash available so I wasn’t expecting perfection but there was still bird poop on the side and bugs on the front especially noticeable on my license plate. My license plate was also bent after the wash. Not planning to return in the future.

I have been using this service for four months, in recent months I am very dissatisfied with the service. Every time after washing the car I have to rewash the car at home. The whole car is sprayed with salidol after washing. Grease on the wheels and both sides of the car. I have repeatedly contacted the employee at the Kent location with this problem, but unfortunately I did not receive an answer or help in improving the service. Today I spoke with the manager, I canceled and also wanted to return my money, but they refused to return my money to me.

More than $30 bucks for their “ceramic duck” wash and my car is still dirty. Don’t waste your money! I felt very ripped off. They don’t even have complimentary towels to dry your car and limited vacuums/parking spots to clean out your car after. It was my first time trying Quick Quack and they immediately tried to sell me on a membership. Highly disappointed in the quality for the price paid. Will be going back to my usual car wash.

Love this place they got so nice people working there like magical she’s so nice and what a wonderful name. I love that you can wash ur car the vacuum for free. They are open late and price is worth it. I just took my van then took my car.

We had high hopes for this place because the workers were nice and it looked nice. I was looking forward to maybe doing a membership for this car along with the other car we have but sadly it was really disappointing. The soap the guy was spraying on our car was the smallest amount. I already knew it wasn’t going to be too great. I had hope even if we did the cheapest option because the cheapest option at brown bear does great, we just wanted to try this new place. As you can see in the photos, it didn’t wash all the dirt/dust off. It missed a lot of place it should’ve not. It was actually a lot worse before I even wiped it up. Usually I’m fine with water spots (it’s normal) but it was actually dirt and I have a video of me wiping it off with my finger. The back still had some bird poop that didn’t wash off. We would’ve gone back but we already were heading back home when we noticed.
